New Release Available: FrameFlow v2025.9

Another month, another update containing new features you don't want to miss out on! FrameFlow v2025.9 came out on September 19th and contains a few changes that streamline the use of our software. Note: when updating to FrameFlow v2025.9, you might need to perform a system reboot afterwards if you are upgrading from v2025.7 or earlier.

Let's explore some of the biggest changes of v2025.9 here.

Updates to Scripting Tokens and Docs

FrameFlow's scripting event monitors come with a library of tokens that you can use as placeholders to refer to event monitors, devices, and more. In this update, we added support for a few more.

The new tokens %%devicetags%% and %%monitortags%% will list all tags associated with the device or event monitor in question. The other new tokens are for SNMP-related terms in the scripting event monitors. For example, %%devicesnmpcommunity%% is a token that will detail the device's SNMP community string.

You can easily access the complete list of tokens in the event monitor reference guide for any scripting monitor on our knowledge base.

Headquarters and Toolbar Updates

In this update, we've changed the default sort order for Headquarters and the toolbar alerts dropdown respectively. Now, each of these sections of our interface sort by status by default. This allows you to solve alerts in order, from the most severe to the least severe. As always, you can still click the column names (highlighted below) to sort by that metric instead.

Visit Change Log & Update ASAP

That's not all that's changed in the latest version of FrameFlow. To view a list of every change, you can always visit our change log on kb.frameflow.com. We'll remind you once again that when you update to our latest version, you may need to perform a system reboot if you're updating from version 2025.7 or earlier. Updating regularly helps streamline the process and keeps you up-to-date on our latest features, so we encourage our users to keep their eyes out for new releases regularly.
