Keep Up to Date on the Latest FrameFlow News

FrameFlow v2024.6 Coming Soon

We've delayed our .6 release to finish some of its finer details, but it'll be coming very soon! All the features that we've discussed in the previous newsletter will be present, plus more features and changes that will make monitoring with FrameFlow smoother.

Keep an eye out for the update in early August! Thank you for your patience.

New Blog Post on FrameFlow Tickets

In the meantime, we've released a new blog post that lays out the benefits of using FrameFlow's robust ticketing software to categorize and assign FrameFlow alerts to members of your team. It shows you how to use tickets for recordkeeping, delegating important IT tasks, and more. Make sure to give it a read if you're interested!

Login Security Users, Roles, and Groups

We've also expanded on the login security information we provide on our Knowledge Base website. We added an article that helps you understand the purpose of login security users, roles, and groups as well as how to use them to organize and secure your FrameFlow installation. Interested in learning more? Visit the article on our website.

This article is a must-read for users who are performing monitoring that involves sensitive information. For other ideas on how to lock down your FrameFlow config, check out our Security Best Practices guide.
