We just released an update designed to improve the functionality of our product. There are lots of small changes and bug fixes in this update, including changes to our SSO settings and the Task Scheduler Event Monitor. To view the full list of changes, check out the change log.
Make sure that you update your instance as soon as you can! The best and most secure version of FrameFlow is always the latest version.
Thanks to the users who submitted feedback on our product! We encourage our users to get in touch with our support team with any questions, comments, or bug reports. It's feedback like this that keeps FrameFlow moving forward.
In September, we released a variety of blog posts and tutorials that highlight some of the robust IT monitoring features and support that we offer. This includes three new feature tutorials!
One tutorial teaches you how the Administration History in FrameFlow's Settings section helps you keep tabs on recent administrative actions taken by you and the rest of your admin team.
Another recent tutorial is on the device finder, a tool that we created to automate the onboarding of new network devices and save you time getting up and running with our software. You don't want to miss these new additions, so check out the Features page today. There's one more new tutorial to be discovered there!
As promised, we've also created a search bar to help you better navigate our growing event monitor reference library.
Did you know that every event monitor we've released has its own in-depth technical reference guide in the Technical Resources section of our site? There, you can view the steps needed to activate, configure, and authenticate each event monitor. There's never been a better time to visit this section of our website thanks to the handy new search feature. Check it out today!
That's all for this newsletter! Thanks for tuning in. Get in touch with any questions or comments about our latest release.
Sincerely,
The FrameFlow Team
