Keep Up to Date on the Latest FrameFlow News

A Special Note

It's only been a month, but a lot has changed in the world since our last newsletter. We want to take a moment to wish you all the best and hope that you and your loved ones are safe, secure and healthy.

Over here, our team members are all working from home. We're still online and ready to help you with any questions you might have about our product. We're continuing to work hard, adding new features and functionality, and looking forward to when this passes and we can all get back to something like normal.

New Features: Trend Lines and Predictions

Over the course of the last few weeks we have released two product updates. Version 2020.2 added a few new graph features and version 2020.3 was focused on bug fixes and smaller improvements.

Version 2020.3 is the current release and, if you're running on an earlier release, we recommend that you upgrade at your earliest convenience. As usual, just download it from your account on our web site and run it. Our installer will take care of the upgrade while preserving all of your settings and configuration.

One exciting recent addition to FrameFlow is the ability to show trend lines and predictions on your dashboard graphs.

IT monitoring data can often be "spiky", especially for metrics like bandwidth and CPU usage. As a result, it's sometimes difficult at-a-glance to tell if the general trend is upwards or downwards. Our new option to add a trend line to your graphs helps by analyzing the raw data and showing you clearly what the trend is.

In addition to trend lines, we've added data prediction so you can see what your data will look like if the current trend persists. Together, these new features give you a powerful way to spot trends and take corrective action before small issues turn into big problems.

Trend lines and predictions are available in your dashboard and report graphs and they are coming soon to other parts of the interface where graphs are displayed.

Cardo Dashboard Theme

Have you tried our new Cardo dashboard theme? We think it's our most elegant theme ever and some of the dashboards recently built by our customers and partners are astounding.

As an example, take a peek at the following dashboard.

If you're struggling to get your own dream dashboard design just right, get in touch. We can share some tips and techniques to help you get the most from our dashboard editor and even help you a bit along the way.

Wrap Up

That's all for this newsletter. As always, if you have questions or feedback that you would like to share, get in touch because we're always eager to hear your suggestions.
