FrameFlow's 2025.6 release features new event monitors, enhancements, and fixes to make FrameFlow an even more comprehensive monitoring solution. Let's explore what's changed in this article below.
One of the new event monitors we've been working on is the Microsoft Intune User Experience Event Monitor. This event monitor watches over key Intune user experience metrics like startup performance, application reliability, battery health status, and more. You can measure these stats for all connected devices and receive alerts when a value falls below acceptable thresholds. You can use data gathered by this event monitor over time to single out devices with low user experience scores and take steps to improve them.

In this update, we're adding new support for Cisco Meraki in the form of five new event monitors. Some of you have had beta access to these event monitors for a while now, but we're releasing them for all users in this v2025.6 update. You can learn more about these monitors in our Cisco monitoring blog post, but we'll introduce them in this article as well.
This event monitor works similarly to our other bandwidth monitors, but has specialized settings for Meraki. With it, you can get alerted about incoming, outgoing, and total bandwidth rates for connected Meraki devices.

The Meraki Interface Event Monitor connects to your Meraki devices and sends alerts about three important interface metrics. This event monitor will alert you if it cannot connect to the Meraki device being monitored, if any interface marked "Favorite" is down, and if the status for any connected device changes. Devices that are being monitored by the Meraki Interface Event Monitor will get an additional tab that shows interface data, just like the other interface event monitors we offer.

Cisco Meraki users can also use our new Meraki Discovery Event Monitor to add new Meraki devices to their monitoring configurations automatically. Just like our other discovery event monitors, you can send discovered devices to a designated device group automatically, where you can then review the discovered devices and decide where they should go.

The next two event monitors cover more advanced and Meraki-specific monitoring conditions. The Meraki Router Uplink Event Monitor watches WAN and cellular ports on your Meraki routers and sends alerts about any interface status changes. You can configure the event monitor to alert only about interfaces that are down, to alert about any status change, or use both options to get a well-rounded view of conditions.
VPN Status Alert Settings
The Meraki VPN Status monitor watches Meraki "Router" devices. It can alert you if the status of any connected VPN link changes since the last time the event monitor ran. It also has an option to alert you if the link to any connected VPN goes down.

Another updated feature from v2025.6 is our search bar. Previously, items that matched your search would appear in a list with an icon next to them to contextualize whether it was a device or a monitor in the list of search results. In this update, we've overhauled the search bar. Now, it opens a window where you can see your recently visited devices and event monitors along with a list of quick actions that will make navigating FrameFlow even easier. You can filter the results of your search to include only the type of result you're seeking, from network devices and event monitors to dashboards, sites, and reports.
From anywhere in the interface, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + K to access the new search window.

Another small update we added is the option to receive an email notification when the status of a ticket changes. In a dynamic IT environment, a ticket can be assigned to one user, passed to another, updated with additional information, and more. Previously, we didn't have an option to send email notifications to denote these changes. In FrameFlow v2025.6, we've added this capability. This way, you can stay notified about the status of a ticket from its creation to its completion, ensuring that the end goal is accomplished no matter how many times circumstances change.
FrameFlow has been able to integrate with Microsoft Teams for a long time, but Microsoft recently announced that they're planning to phase out the use of webhooks. We've updated the way our integration works to use Microsoft Workflows instead, so you can keep getting monitoring updates with FrameFlow through your Microsoft Teams channels. We also updated our Teams Integration guide to reflect this new integration method. Check it out today and make sure to change methods before Microsoft eliminates support for webhooks this year.
