New Menu Item in the FrameFlow Web App
For ease of access, we've added a link to the FrameFlow knowledge base site to the left menu bar in FrameFlow.
New Link to Knowledge Base Site
We already have links to the corresponding reference page in each event monitor's Settings section, but now you'll be able to quickly access the rest of the FrameFlow knowledge base with only one click.
Updates to how FrameFlow Handles International Characters
Though these changes have happened mostly on the back end, we're continuing to strengthen our support for the use of Japanese and Mandarin characters within FrameFlow. Stay tuned for more developments on this as we progress.

FrameFlow v2024.9 Fixes and Improvements
Alongside our more prominent fixes for this release, we've made a handful of maintenance changes that aim to make your FrameFlow experience smoother and more consistent. These include:
- Fixing an issue affecting the Monitor Result dashboard panel when the event monitor has multiple devices
- Fixing a problem with sending Teams notifications with backslashes in the event text
- Fixing an issue with the Windows Event Log monitor option to translate SIDs to user names
