The Amazon AWS Billing Event Monitor keeps track of your Amazon Web Services (AWS) costs. Set alerts based on actual and forecasted costs. See graphs of long-term cost trends. Get alerts about daily changes in spending. Filter and focus on specific AWS services.
This event monitor provides the following options:
Use this option to get alerts if FrameFlow could not contact Amazon Web Services.
This option lets you set price thresholds for the month-to-date bill and alert you if the values you input are exceeded.
Use this option to receive an alert if the month-to-date maximum that you set is exceeded for a bill in any category.
Use this option to receive an alert if the total bill for the next calendar month exceeds the values you specify.
This option will send you an alert if the values you input for each alert level are exceeded for the next month's forecasted bill.
This filtering option lets you exclude zero-dollar values from monitoring.
In the provided text box, enter the categories you want the event monitor to skip monitoring. Separate multiple entries with a comma.
Enter the categories you want the event monitor to check, separating with commas. All categories that you don't enter here will be skipped.
The account that is used to authenticate must have read permission for Amazon AWS Billing API.
This event monitor generates the following data points:

| Month-to-Date | The total bill so far this month. |
| Daily Bill Increase | The dollar amount the bill has increased that day. |
| Daily Bill Increase % | The percentage that the bill has increased that day. |
